Didgeridoo Groove Review
With this compilation,Music Mosaiclanded a faithful fan of their releases. It is oneof the forstalbums I picked up with the didge being incorporated into "non-traditional" compositions. This is a great album to relax or dance to. I drive a lot and this music is a must have when I am moving across a long distance.
The great thing about this CD, as with many of the compilations Music Mosaic puts out, is that it serves as a springboard for investigating artisits I find appealing. Ariel Kalma is a great example. Kalma's work, I have discovered, is spread across the spectrum so widely that the only way to describe it is an ethno-musicologist. He is responsible for the opening piece and it kind of sets the albums whole mood. The track called Red Center Awakens is also one of my favorites. Listening to it, I can imagine tracking across a wide open space, no one for miles, and allthe feelings of awe and peace such an experience can bring.
You should get thisand prepare to be transported.
